RigArmor's 100% cotton coverall comes in two fabric weights: 175 gsm for hot, humid outdoor work, and 270 gsm for heavy workshop and yard use. Both are plain woven cotton with reflective tape on the shoulders, sleeves and legs, in sizes M to 5XL. In-stock coveralls are Asian fit and plain. Made-to-order coveralls can be made to custom sizes, and logo patches are available on made-to-order orders from 100 pieces. We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, and supply contractors, ship chandlers, manning agencies and labour-hire firms across Southeast Asia.
Read this before you order: this is a general-purpose work coverall. It is not flame-resistant and has no flame-resistance certification. If your crews work near flash-fire, arc-flash or hot-work risk, you need a certified flame-resistant garment instead. See Where this coverall should not be used below.

Rule of thumb: if the work is outdoors in Southeast Asian heat and the garment is replaced often, take the 175 gsm. If the work involves metal, machinery or rough surfaces, take the harder-wearing 270 gsm.
We would rather lose an order than have this garment turn up somewhere it does not belong. Untreated cotton is flammable: it keeps burning after the ignition source is removed. Do not specify this coverall for:

Under Republic Act 11058, Philippine employers, contractors and subcontractors must provide protective equipment to workers free of charge, with the cost carried as a separate pay item in the safety and health programme rather than deducted from wages. That makes work coveralls a recurring purchase-order line for contractors, manning agencies and ship chandlers.
One caveat, stated plainly: PPE issued against a specific identified hazard must be of the type approved by DOLE for that hazard. This coverall is general workwear and is not hazard-specific PPE.
Cotton coveralls enter Singapore at 0% import duty. In-stock coveralls are dispatched from Singapore in 2–3 working days when available, and Singapore delivery takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Form E is available on request, for a fee, on made-to-order, branded or bulk coverall orders shipped from China. In-stock items shipped from Singapore don't have Form E. Ask for it when you request a quotation. For Malaysia, note the exclusion above: this coverall is not suitable for PETRONAS sites that specify flame-resistant clothing.

No. It is untreated 100% cotton, with no flame-resistant finish and no flame-resistance certification of any kind. Don't use it near flash-fire, arc-flash or hot-work risk. Those sites need certified flame-resistant garments, which are a different product.
Only the fabric weight. The 175 gsm is lighter and cooler, so it suits outdoor work in tropical heat. The 270 gsm is heavier and harder-wearing, so it suits workshops, yards and work against metal or rough surfaces. Cut, pockets, reflective tape layout and sizing are the same on both.

Standard, unbranded items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging. Email sales@rigarmor.com for a return authorisation number before you send anything back. For a change of mind or a wrong size, you pay the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee applies. We pay the return shipping only if the item is defective, we sent the wrong item, or it was damaged in transit. Report defects within 7 days of delivery, with photos. No. The reflective tape on the shoulders, sleeves and legs adds visibility, but the coverall is not certified high-visibility clothing. If your site requires certified hi-vis, wear a certified hi-vis garment.
All three mean the same all-in-one work garment. "Coverall" is the usual trade term in Singapore and the Philippines, "cover alls" is a common misspelling, and "boiler suit" is the British term, widely used in Malaysia. Use "coverall" in a specification.
Yes, for general deck and engine-room work. For engine-room work near hot surfaces, ask your safety officer whether a certified flame-resistant garment is required instead.
