TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of industrial coveralls and safety workwear from Rigarmor ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order with Rigarmor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We serve customers across Singapore, China, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and other Asia-Pacific regions.


2. ORDERING & QUOTATIONS

2.1 Quote Requests

  • All custom orders begin with a quotation request

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date

  • Prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise specified

  • Custom specifications may affect pricing and lead times

2.2 Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed quotation or purchase order

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion

  • Minimum order quantities may apply for custom specifications

  • Standard products have no minimum order requirements

2.3 Product Specifications

  • All measurements and specifications must be confirmed before production

  • Custom sizing, colors, and logos require written approval

  • Changes after production commencement may incur additional charges


3. PRICING & PAYMENT

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties unless stated

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Volume discounts available for bulk orders

  • Direct factory pricing reflects our manufacturer-to-customer model

3.2 Payment Terms

  • New Customers: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% before shipment

  • Established Customers: Net 30 payment terms available upon credit approval

  • Accepted Methods: Bank transfer, wire transfer, PayPal (for smaller orders)

  • Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month

3.3 Taxes & Duties

  • Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees

  • Prices quoted are ex-factory unless explicitly stated as delivered

  • We can provide documentation for customs clearance


4. MANUFACTURING & LEAD TIMES

4.1 Production Timeline

  • Standard Products: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation

  • Custom Products: 4–8 weeks depending on specifications

  • High-Volume Orders: Lead times quoted individually

  • Rush orders may be available for additional fees

4.2 Manufacturing Location

  • All products manufactured at our China facility

  • Quality control conducted at China facility and Singapore headquarters

  • Products shipped from China unless otherwise arranged

4.3 Delays

We strive to meet all quoted lead times but are not liable for delays due to:

  • Force majeure events

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Customs clearance issues

  • Customer-caused delays (late approvals, specification changes)


5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5.1 Shipping Methods

  • International courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS)

  • Sea freight for large orders

  • Air freight available upon request

  • Customer may arrange own freight forwarding

5.2 Shipping Costs

  • Calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination

  • Quoted separately from product pricing

  • Customer pays all freight charges unless otherwise agreed

5.3 Risk & Title Transfer

  • Risk transfers to customer upon delivery to carrier

  • Title transfers upon full payment receipt

  • Customer responsible for insurance during transit

5.4 Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Customer must inspect goods upon receipt

  • Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence


6. QUALITY ASSURANCE & COMPLIANCE

6.1 Manufacturing Standards

  • All products manufactured to international safety standards

  • OSHA, NFPA, AS/NZS, EN ISO compliance as specified

  • Quality control conducted during and after production

6.2 Certifications

  • Certification documentation provided upon request

  • Third-party testing available for additional fee

  • Certificates of Conformance issued with each order

6.3 Product Specifications

  • Products manufactured to agreed specifications

  • Minor variations in color, sizing (±2%), and finish are normal

  • Fabric batch variations may occur


7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

7.1 Standard Products

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Customer pays return shipping costs

  • Restocking fee of 20% applies

7.2 Custom Products

  • Custom orders (non-standard colors, sizes, logos) are non-returnable

  • Customer approval required before production begins

  • No refunds on custom specifications once production commences

7.3 Defective Products

  • Defective products replaced at no charge

  • Customer must provide photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt

  • Defects due to normal wear or misuse are not covered

  • Return shipping costs for defective items covered by Rigarmor

7.4 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds processed within 14 business days

  • Refunds issued via original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective products


8. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

8.1 Limited Warranty

  • We warrant products are free from manufacturing defects for 90 days

  • Warranty covers material defects and workmanship issues

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or improper care

8.2 Disclaimer

  • Products sold "as is" after warranty period

  • We do not warrant products are suitable for any specific purpose beyond stated specifications

  • Customer responsible for determining product suitability for intended use

8.3 Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability limited to product replacement or refund of purchase price

  • We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages

  • We are not liable for workplace injuries or safety incidents

  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the total order value


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Trademarks

  • "Rigarmor" and associated logos are our trademarks

  • Customer may not use our trademarks without written permission

9.2 Custom Designs

  • Customer warrants they have rights to any logos or designs submitted

  • Customer indemnifies us against IP infringement claims

  • We retain rights to manufacturing processes and techniques


10. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential

  • Includes pricing, specifications, and business information

  • Obligation survives termination of business relationship


11. COMPLIANCE & REGULATIONS

11.1 Export Controls

  • Customer responsible for compliance with local import regulations

  • We provide necessary documentation for customs clearance

  • Customer warrants products will not be used in violation of any laws

11.2 Safety Regulations

  • Products comply with specified safety standards

  • Customer responsible for ensuring compliance with local workplace regulations

  • Customer responsible for proper product selection for intended use


12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms governed by Singapore law

  • Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts

12.2 Resolution Process

  1. Good faith negotiation between parties

  2. Mediation if negotiation fails

  3. Arbitration or litigation as last resort


13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

13.1 Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time

  • Updated Terms posted on website with effective date

  • Continued business constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

13.2 Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties

  • Supersedes all prior communications and proposals

13.3 Severability

  • If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect

13.4 Waiver

  • Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver
