All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or bulk manufacturing orders may require additional lead time depending on the order volume and specifications. You will be notified via email if there are any production-related delays.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Singapore

  • Australia

  • International destinations (selected countries)

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Singapore: 3–7 business days

  • Australia: 7–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, courier schedules, and product availability.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Rig Armor is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Unforeseen courier delays (e.g., weather, strikes, global logistics disruptions)


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work directly with our shipping partners to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
