Fewer handoffs
No importer, distributor and reseller passing your requirements up and down the chain.
Singapore registered · Factory direct
RigArmor is the industrial workwear brand of Katch Pte Ltd. We manage your order from Singapore and manufacture cotton coveralls in China for crews across the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia.
Why we work differently
Most workwear sold in this region passes through an importer, a distributor and a local reseller before it reaches you. Every handoff adds margin—and another place for your requirements to get lost.
RigArmor shortens that chain. Katch Pte Ltd manages your account in Singapore, while our manufacturing partner in China cuts and sews the garments to the agreed specification.
That makes practical changes easier. Sizing, colour, logo placement and pocket configuration are decided before production starts, with the approved sample retained for repeat orders.
The manufacturing advantage
A simpler supply chain gives you clearer communication, more control over the garment and fewer surprises when the order arrives.
No importer, distributor and reseller passing your requirements up and down the chain.
Confirm colours, sizing, logo placement and pocket configuration before production begins.
Your approved sample is held on file so future runs can follow the same agreed specification.
Fabric weight, colour, stitching, reflective-tape placement and sizing are inspected before dispatch. If an order still arrives wrong, our return policy covers it.
From brief to delivery
You deal with the team responsible for the order, while each production stage works from the same agreed requirements.
Quantity, sizes, colours, branding and garment details are confirmed.
The factory produces your order using the agreed fabric and pattern.
The order is checked against the approved sample before release.
Sea freight is standard; air freight is available on request.
General industrial workwear
Our cotton coveralls are supplied for practical, non-FR work across a range of industrial environments.
Straight answers
Our current coveralls are 100% cotton. They do not carry flame-resistance certification, and we are clear about where they should—and should not—be specified.
Everyday workwear applications where the site does not require certified flame-resistant, welding or arc-flash protection.
Do not specify these cotton coveralls for refineries, petrochemical plants, upstream oil and gas, welding or hot work, or sites where an arc-flash risk assessment requires certified protection. Those sites need garments certified to EN ISO 11612, NFPA 2112 or ISO 11611.
We would rather lose the order than put your crew in the wrong garment.
We do not make flame-resistant clothing, and we are not going to pretend cotton is a substitute for it. Whether we add a certified FR line is still an open question here. If FR is what your site enforces, tell us which standard — that is the one thing that would decide it.
Where we operate
Katch Pte Ltd handles your quote, order management, after-sales support and reorders from Singapore.
Our manufacturing partner cuts, sews, customises and inspects each RigArmor order to the agreed specification.
We supply crews in the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia, with a Form E certificate of origin on every shipment — so ASEAN buyers clear customs at 0% duty instead of 10–30%.
